Information we use

Depending on the enquiry or job, this may include names, business details, phone numbers, email addresses, collection and delivery addresses, goods and booking details, messages, delivery updates, recipient names, signatures, photographs and proof of delivery. Payment records may include the amount and status of a payment; card details entered with a payment provider are handled by that provider.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to quote requests, assess and price a job, contact the people involved, arrange collection and delivery, provide tracking and proof of delivery, take payment, keep business records, and handle questions or claims. Where applicable, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, and legal obligations such as accounting.

Who may receive it

We share relevant job details with the driver or an assigned transport subcontractor when needed to carry out a delivery. We also use providers for website and system hosting, email, payment processing and other operational tools. We disclose information to authorities or advisers when required by law or to deal with a legitimate claim. We share only what is needed for the task.

How long we keep it

We keep information while handling the enquiry or job and afterwards where needed for customer service, payment and accounting records, legal duties, or a possible dispute. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us about the period applied to a particular record.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase, restrict or stop certain uses where the law allows.
